A good one with relevant practical advice and a good number of worthy examples. Though you might want to listen at 1.25/1.5 speed since narrator's speed is too slow. The accent is a bit annoying and it feels like being read from a book, a bit unnatural with a "fairy-tale" stresses. 4/5
