    Garlic Breadsticks

    Do you love the taste of garlic in your bread? Then you are in for a big treat.
    Preparation Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 25minutes

    INGREDIENTS
    1 cup of shredded mozzarella
    1/2 cup of finely ground almond flour
    2 tablespoons of cream cheese
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    salt
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon melted butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
    1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper then

    5. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper, use a rolling pin or your hand to flatten the dough until 1cm (1/2 inch) thick.
    6. Divide into 12 strips and form breadsticks with them.
    7. Transfer to the prepared baking tray. Brush breadsticks with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    8. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown
    9. Remove from oven and brush with leftover butter.

    3. Microwave on HIGH for about 60 seconds, or until cheeses are melted.
    4. Whisk in egg. Transfer dough to prepared baking sheet and shape into 1/2 inch thick oval.
    5. In another small bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley and parmesan together.
    6. Brush over top of bread with mixture.
    7. Bake in preheated oven for about 17 minutes. Slice into breadsticks
