    An ectomorph person has the lean and fragile of all the three body types. They are worst in appearance and struggle for gaining weight. Their low level of body fat percentage makes the ectomorph person with effective to health problems. But, they are the best body type for endurance activities such as long distance running (marathon and cross country), cycling, high-jump, hill climbing, etc.
